How do you use your My Emirates Pass?
It's as simple as presenting it at participating venues across Dubai and the UAE until March 31st. You can use either your printed boarding pass or your digital boarding pass together with your photo ID, so the venue knows the pass belongs to you.
Can the boarding pass be used more than once?
Yes, you can use your Emirates boarding pass at different venues or several times at the same place. Make sure your pass is dated between 1 November 2022 to 31 March 2023 and it’s in your own name.
Can I reprint my boarding pass if I lose it?
No unfortunately you can't as boarding passes can’t be reprinted after departure, so be sure to keep it safe.
