First Look: Rugged Lane Restaurant to Open in Luttrellstown

Dublin’s newest dining experience, Rugged Lane, a 55-seater concept restaurant is set to open its doors on July 1st on the grounds of the charming Luttrellstown Castle Resort.

Named after the lane which forms the perimeter stone wall of the Luttrellstown demesne, close to Hogan’s Lodge gatehouse, Rugged Lane has been designed with a New York feel in mind.

Sustainability features as a core value and by using locally produced seasonal ingredients, the team will strive for a zero-waste kitchen. The restaurant will be independently run, and features a contemporary 6-course tasting menu of Irish cuisine led by Head Chef, Sue Lacey.

Reservations are encouraged and all dietary requirements including vegan and coeliac will be catered for. Rugged Lane will be open Thursday – Saturday for dinner and for Sunday lunch.
